At CLOE Events we have a «mystery shpper» team that allows us to measure the quality of products, services or teams of a company.
The mystery shopper audit can be done in person or by telephone, depending on the cases, by our consultants anonymously, as if it were just a habitual customer. In this way they can evaluate the various characteristics that are under analysis, as the quality of the product or service, sales procedures, employee or team behavior and overall experience from the customer's point of view. |
